Steph Cutler was working as a fashion designer when her sight began to deteriorate, inspiring her to set up Image Intelligence.

Image Intelligence operated as an image consultancy specialising in giving visually impaired people practical advice and confidence to present themselves assertively in personal and professional situations. The consultancy was a finalist in the Enterprising Young Brits Social category of 2006.

Steph now runs a disability consultancy called Open Eyed which works in the public and private sector to deliver advice, research and support.
