What would make more young people think seriously about enterprise?

I believe enterprise should be taught in secondary schools, and young people encouraged to explore their skills and to put them into practice at a very young age. Young people need to know that to be successful in life you don’t necessarily need to go into higher education - you can still be very successful by exploring and using your skills. Also, networking events can help everyone make their ideas happen by working together.

What would your advice be to someone thinking about setting up their own business?

Have confidence and the rest will come easily. Failure is never failure but rather an experience that will mould you and open up many other avenues you can explore. My advice is ‘keep trying and never give up’.
