Matt Kingdon

Matt co-founded ?What If! in 1992 with Dave Allan. Today ?What If! is the world’s largest independent innovation company, they have offices in Shanghai, London, Manchester and New York.

The global team of 300 work with over 195 of the world’s most respected organisations, helping them innovate through their people, products and brands. ?What If! were also awarded the ‘Best Place to Work’ award for 2 years consecutively in 2004 & 2005 by the Financial Times.

Matt is widely respected for his efforts in promoting innovation throughout hundreds of companies, most recently working with AstraZeneca, BBC, CNN, and KPMG. He was instrumental in developing the ‘Taste the Difference’ line for Sainsbury’s.

He has also co-authored the hugely successful ‘Sticky Wisdom’ and ‘How to have a creative revolution’ and mostly recently has written a paper on Innovation Energy – the guide to creating an Innovation Culture that will transform you business. Matt is also director of 5 other companies.

Matt is an internationally renowned speaker and innovation practitioner, recently speaking at Financial Times Innovate event, IIR Management Innovation Forum Dubai, IFest Barcelona, Innotown and Fortune’s Leadership Forum and for organisations such as BBC Worldwide and British Telecom.

He lives in London with his wife Alice and their two children.
