Increasing numbers of young people in the UK are demonstrating positive attitudes to enterprise. Despite this upsurge, there remains a major gap between young people who aspire to run their own business and those who actually do it.

Mind the Gap: from Youth Enterprise Aspirations to Business Creation and Growth suggests how we can move young people from thinking about enterprise to becoming entrepreneurs, moving from attitude change to behaviour change.
