Mark Joseph
Mark is a 27 year old British singer/songwriter who in 2003 came from nowhere to score his first UK Top 40 Hit without any record label, radio, TV, press or marketing campaign. This led to the Daily Telegraph labelling him as ‘The Boy Who Beat The Biz’.His incredible story started nearly 10 years ago as a 17 year old musician full of hopes and dreams showcasing his wonderful raw talent busking on the streets of York.
His travels have taken him across the UK, Europe and the USA gaining great experience of life and music.
His first album ‘Scream’ has produced 4 UK Top 40 Hits, extensive TV, radio, press coverage and a world-wide audience through some top US TV shows such as 'Grey's Anatomy and Smallville.
He is currently working on his second album ‘Sold To Sound’ with top British producer Andy Green (Keane, KT Tunstall, The Feeling).
His revolutionary new fan label is called 38 Records and has already signed 3 'best of British acts’ which Mark is also producing. Each of these artists will be launched worldwide in 2008.
Mark Joseph is a true entrepreneur whose hard work, determination, enterprise and defiance are a real inspiration to those creative young people looking to realise their own ambitions.
His story is also a lesson to those who think a ‘music career’ is created in 8 weeks on a reality TV show.
