Entries must be submitted no later than Sunday 16 March 2008 at 5pm GMT.- Monday 14 January 2008: Competition launches

How to enter
There are six different categories. Please ensure you enter the correct group.
- Youth groups – e.g. Cubs, Brownies, Scouts, Guides and Youth Clubs
- Primary schools
- Secondary schools
- 6th forms & colleges
- Universities
- Workplaces
Entries
Entries must be emailed as attachments to ball@makeyourmark.org.uk. Each document must be an A4 side and be in either document or spreadsheet format. If entries are not created on the computer, please scan in the documents and attach them to an email.Please ensure you include the following details in your email:
- lead contact name
- organisation name
- telephone number
- number of people taking part
- team name if entering as a team

What to submit
Compulsory:
1. Ideas sheet: Lay out on a single side of A4 what your idea is and how you carried it out. Be as creative as you like laying out your ideas sheet. Remember to include:- the type of ball(s) you used
- how you got the ball(s)
- what your idea is
- how you used your ball to make as much money as possible for Sport Relief 2008
- what your predicted costs were
- what your predicted fundraising target was
- what your actual costs were
- what you actually raised*
*Please note that the amount of money that you raise will not be taken into account in the judging process. See the judging criteria.
Consent form If you are under 16 years of age you must also submit a signed consent form. This needs to be signed by a parent, guardian or teacher and must be returned by fax, email or post to Make Your Mark at the above address by the closing date (Sunday 16 March). This is compulsory and if you are under 16 and fail to send a signed consent form your entry will be disqualified. Optional extras:
3. Visual Presentation: bring your entry to life using one of the following types of medium to illustrate how you carried out the challenge.- Photography – no more than three photographs
- Video – must be less than 90 seconds in length
- Any type of drawing – on one side of A4 paper (this will need to be scanned in and sent as an entry via email – please include all of your entry details with your illustration)

From 10 March 2008, you can also pay your money into the ‘Sport Relief 2008’ account at any high street bank or building society.
Remember, you can continue fundraising after submitting your entries for Make Your Mark with a Ball!
